In 1989, the first Z'Tejas was born in an old Victorian house on Austin's historic 6th Street. The menu, largely influences by the south, signifies the bold robust flavors of Arizona, California, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas. Between their 6th Street Margarita, "Z"tini and Chambord Margarita, Z'Tejas is also known for taking their beverages to the next level. Located in the South Coast Plaza center, Z'Tejas is within walking distance of premiere shopping, hotels, and movie theaters.
