Mortimer's is a popular dive bar with appeal to uptown clientele in blue collar attire. Mort's has multiple foosball tables, pinball, darts, and arcade games, and is well known for it. Those not playing games are enjoying a game of their favorite team on the telly.
Also, the drinks and food are fantastically tasty, and priced right.
The bar itself is actually quite large and has 2 main rooms, making it easy to get seating and a drinks. Mort's is usually packed in the evening hours, especially on the weekends. So try to get there early. Although Mortimer's is a very traditional bar it has a friendly uptown feel, that seems to be what the workers and the owners are going for. Mort's has an upbeat atmosphere and is good for a night of drinking. Overall, it's worth a visit.
