Rusty Taco is a hip taco house in St. Paul on Lexington and Randolf. Hot tacos, cold beers, and simple concept. Pretty much every taco is $2.50-$3. Pretty much every beer is usually $3-$4. Don't expect any hard liquor though as this location only serves beer and wine (so no margaritas).
They recently added a new location in Northeast Minneapolis and also have a food truck.
THRIFTY TIP: Look for free parking 1/2 block south on Lexington or in lot in back.
