This is the original Green Mill, the first ever! Did you know that Green Mill was originally a different brew pub in this location, but then the same owners changed the name and let their concept of great food and drinks take off? This Green Mill is a bit larger than most of the other ones around the city, and they serve the same food as the others, pizza, pasta and burgers. The restaurant is a bigger draw than the bar. Night draws a bigger college crowd for the great specials.
Free parking is easily found on the street and food is served through the happy hour. It's also a bit hipper than some of the other Green Mills, they play great NuJazz lounge music and everything from 70's dance to Europop to 80's classics.
