Though it's a new addition to Downtown St. Paul's revamped "foodie" landscape, the American Burger Bar already feels like a classic. It's a gourmet American pub-style paradise. Though the interior drips of luxury, the Happy Hour prices are more reminiscent of a dive bar. Three sliders (that's Shrimp, Angus, Kobe) are only $6, a half dozen wings are only $3. If your downtown and want something delicious, filling, and on the cheap, check this place out.Kitchen: Su-Th: Burger until 10pm, Appetizers until 11pm (11pm/12am respectively on Fr-Sa)
