"Good brewing means honoring the people that that have been doing it right for centuries" is the motto of award-winning head brewer Eric Harper (New Glarus, Summit Brewing). With Utepils, the vision was to create style-perfect beers using only the highest quality ingredients. In fact, the brewery's location itself was dictated by proximity to the Glenwood-Inglewood spring.
Utepils brewing process uses the Vario Boil vacuum technology, which allows for it to maintain perfect temps brewing temps and consistent beers, while dramatically reducing their impact on the environment.
