Shaw's Bar & Grill is the perfect Nordeast neighborhood dive bar. A welcoming group of regulars, live music, karaoke, or jam sessions nightly (keep your guitar in the car, the owner might get up and jam with you) make it happening. Like most bars in the area, you don't have to worry about a dress code and drinks are low-cost, even if it isn't happy hour, which it almost always is anyways.
Shaw's Bar also offers arcade games, golden tee, and darts, as well as a large, fenced-in patio. Music is always a mix of classic rock, blues, or indie rock and the crowd is as varied as you can get. Shaw's is also a "sports bar," so you can expect to watch the game on one of the 9 Big-Screen T.V.'s.
