The 8th Street Grill was newly remodeled in 2008. A large wooden bar, state of the art sound system, and HUGE new tap list of 44 Taps with a concentration on Local and Wisconsin Beers.
The 8th Street Grill is busiest for lunch and its after work crowd. Home of older and more upscale patrons, the 8th Street Grill is medium sized and a casual place to hang, sip some beers, watch the game, and catch up with co-workers. In the summer, when they open up the doors to the street, the 8th Street has one of the nicer patios in downtown. Plus, large heaters make this patio 3-season and also comfortable for winter time smoking. The 8th Street is famous for its active (but not crazy) happy hours and lunches, but tends to wind down after dinner time.
