Great food. The fried mahi mahi tacos were to die for. It is a little pricey, but the atmosphere and food made it worth it.

The BEST place for outdoor spring/summer happy hours on weekdays. Tough to get a table outdoors once the corporate crowd starts taking over post 5pm but worth the fight! Great margaritas, sangria, and FANTASTIC guac. Entrees are overrated and overpriced but the guac, salsa, and queso fondito are amazing. Looking for dinner with friends? Take it for what it's worth and take you cash to a differant restaurant. Looking for a HH spot (esp. Mondays :) with savory apps? Barrio is it~ any day of the week!

Went 12/26 and had a blast! yes, it was a tight squeeze, but people were respectful, and the bartenders were great! Very cool decor. Will have to go back to try the food and specialty cocktails very soon!

Claustrophobic, yes, but I went late on Friday night with my partner and we enjoyed fabulous service (the manager even put my coat in his office) and delicious food. We'll be back soon for the plates!

People take note. Tim McKee is demonstrating his depth of range. From the regal heights of La Belle Vie to the tongue-in- cheek playfulness of Barrio. How fun is that? Even when Tim does playful the quality shines out, from the seared tuna with qunioa salad (my personal fav.) to the tequilas (which I've learned can be sipped and savored.) Barrio has subtle nuances everywhere -- whether it's the food, bar menu or the funky decor. It'll take some time to get bored with this place ... Congrats, guys.
